To ensure a smooth check-in on the day, a pre-check-in URL will be sent to you via email or SMS shortly after making your reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your cooperation in filling out the form by the day of the event.
The day before your stay, you will receive an email/SMS with the PIN number required to enter the building and the check-in code required for check-in.
Enter the PIN code at the electronic lock at the entrance to enter the hotel. Then, check in using the tablet device at the reception desk.
Touch the orange color device and enter the same PIN as the entrance to open your room.
There are no procedures required to check out.
